I realize that to test this you need a Ryzen 5900 or 5950, however from other reviews of the new AMD cards I have seen this feature can make a significant difference. It seems to at least partially balance out the memory bandwidth and speed advantage that Nvidia has through the use of GDDR6X memory. Personally would have liked to see AMD use HBM2 memory on the 6900XT.

It’s coming next week and Part 1 will use the RTX 3090. The G1 compared with the G2 and vs. the Vive Pro will focus first on performance. Since the G2 is a loaner from HP, I don’t know how long I have with it, but will also look into tracking and if there is time, I’ll set up tracking using base stations and Index controllers.

320 W power usage displayed (averaged) should in reality result in up to frequent 400 W short spikes.
These cards draw more power than what is shown.
