Why? First of all, the review says this (linking to an older review):

Secondly, the purpose of the review is to show how fast and very expensive DDR5 compares with more-or-less average DDR4 that gamers are already using. Please notice that we do not recommend DDR5 at this point in time for gamers – except for those who want the latest platform.
