Thank-you. In a future review we plan to cover Revive games’ performance. Unfortunately, there is a long queue ahead of it. First will be a follow-up with the G2’s’best playable’ settings using RTX 3080/RX 6800, a Valve Index review using 120Hz vs. 90Hz, a Vive Pro Wireless adapter review, and several other committed reviews. Sorry for the delay as VR reviews each take quite a long time to perform.

Looking forward to your following benchmarks, so I can compare my settings and results. I have a G2 with a 5800x and a 6900xt, and I’m not getting nearly as high FPS as you are in the few games from the chart that I own. Granted the 3090 is a better GPU, but if it gets as high as 120+ and 200+ unconstrained frames in Boneworks and Pavlov, especially with higher than 100% SS, then I don’t see why my 6900xt would drop below 90 fps in the same conditions you tested the games. Regardless of motion smoothing or reprojection settings.

Yes, we will follow up on the G2 review with “best playable settings” and also using other video cards including Turing. I ordered dongles so we can also feature Mixed VR using a G2 with Index controllers and base stations. I

However, it’s going to take us awhile to get to everything that we would like to benchmark.

I know its lot of work. Is it possible add one older gpu 2080 or similar in the new vr gpu article wich contains all new gpu so we readers can compare evolution.

I have a Vive Pro and recently chose to upgrade it with the wireless module, so now I can comfortably wait until the “perfect” next gen HMD comes out.

Tip for an article: Comparing Fallout IV and Skyrim performance with and without their respective wabbajack VR essentials modlists.
